Ingredients

  • 3 small apples
  • 8 dates
  • 4-5 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • ¼ cup mulberries or strawberries

Preparation

  1. Blend apples and 6 dates together.
  2. Transfer into a bowl and stir in chia seeds and berries.
  3. Chop remaining dates into pieces and stir in.
  4. Let soak at least 10 mins before serving.
