Ingredients:
  • 1 box spice cake mix
  • 1 can pumpkin purée

 

Equipment:
  • Saladmaster™ electric skillet or 11" deep skillet

 

DIRECTIONS:
  1. In a mixing bowl combine cake mix and 3/4 of the pumpkin. Mix well.
  2. Spray skillet with cooking spray.
  3. Pour mixture and spread out to cover bottom of skillet.
  4. Place on medium low heat (11" skillet) or 225° F (electric skillet) and cook 45-50 minutes.
