Ingredients:
- 4 cups boiling water in large pan
- 4 cups raw oatmeal
- 1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 7 oz. can corn, drained
- 15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 15 oz. can lentils, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup dehydrated or sun dried tomatoes
Preparation:
- Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl
- Add to boiling water and mix well
- Add beans and corn and mix well
- Scoop on to oiled cookie sheets and then flatten into patties
- Bake at 350° for 20 min. on each side.
Makes approximately 24 burgers
