• 2 clementines
  • 12 oz frozen cranberries
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds



  1. Zest the clementines, Peel and divide into segments, removing and discarding any seeds.
  2. Place clementines, cranberries, zest and maple syrup in food processor and pulse to finely chop all.
  3. Pour into a bowl and add chia seeds.
  4. Cover and chill overnight.

Makes 6-8 servings
