- 2 clementines
- 12 oz frozen cranberries
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Zest the clementines, Peel and divide into segments, removing and discarding any seeds.
- Place clementines, cranberries, zest and maple syrup in food processor and pulse to finely chop all.
- Pour into a bowl and add chia seeds.
- Cover and chill overnight.
