Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw cashew pieces
  • water, to cover cashews
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and shredded fine
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp. granulated onion
  • 1 tsp. herbamare
  • 1 tsp. salt

Preparation

  1. Boil cashews and place in blender with just enough water to cover. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients.
  3. Chill and serve.
