Makes 10 servings.


  • 1 cup dates, pitted, chipped or nuggets
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • ¼ cup walnuts


  1. Place chopped dates in bowl.
  2. Pour non-dairy milk over dates to cover. Allow to soak several hours.
  3. Blend dates until smooth adding milk as needed.
  4. Stir in walnuts.
